Educational scope

Rooted Momentum provides general educational content only. Materials are not investment, tax, legal, accounting, debt-settlement, lending, or individualized financial advice. You are responsible for evaluating information and seeking qualified professional guidance.

Catalog and demonstration cart

Catalog descriptions and prices are presented for educational product selection. The static cart does not process payment or create a binding order unless a separate written purchase process expressly says otherwise. We may correct descriptions, availability, or pricing errors.

Accounts and access

If an account feature is introduced, you must provide accurate information, protect access credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. The current login interface is a demonstration and does not transmit credentials.

Acceptable use

You may use the website lawfully and respectfully. You may not interfere with operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected areas, impersonate another person, or use materials to mislead others.

Intellectual property

Rooted Momentum owns or licenses the text, curriculum, marks, layouts, and original resources. You may use purchased materials for personal learning and may not reproduce, resell, publicly distribute, or create competing copies without written permission.

The website is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise a particular financial result, income level, investment outcome, or debt outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Rooted Momentum is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of general educational content.

Changes and termination
